"Went here for the first time in a decade. Got a medium fry and double beef cheese. Menu was small and my vision poor, I asked them to provided a paper or small menu. They declined, saying it wasn't available. I basically guessed the menu and place my order based on what I thought I knew was there. Ate the food and could just taste the chemicals in the grease. Was tired for the rest of the day. Am definitely too old to be eating fast food anyway. I came there only use the internet (my true reason for eating there). That part worked out fine. Place empty and atmosphere typical."
"Went through drive-thru for a quick breakfast. Waited 10 minutes for food before inquiring about how much longer it would be. Was met with significant attitude. When I got my food 2 additional minutes later, there was raw pancake batter on my bacon croissant. I can only assume this was in retaliation for my "impatience"."
"I wanted to grab a quick lunch for me and my daughter. I pick up the bag off my drivers seat and the bottom of the page was covered in food which in turn got on my seat. Then I look at my daughters kids meal and it had a spicy nugget in it after asking for regular. For almost $20 at a fast food restaurant for two meals I expect better quality and service than what we received."
