"I was greeted when I walked in. The guys making my food were super helpful. Of course I got my regular veggie bowl. My food was flavorful. They were out of the watermelon limeade but I still had a good experience."

"This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to I know it's a new one but holy moly. I've walked out of here at least four different times because they have no steak available and they also today had no chicken available and there was nobody cooking any. I've come at 10:55 10 minutes after they're open several times and there is no food available at all. This place is horrible management needs to be given some authority to fix what should be a brand new and well working restaurant"

"I went in and ordered as normal but when it was time to pay, used my reward for a free chip and salsa and gave the cashier a 20. She immediately looks confused and asks me if I have change so I told her let me run to my car really fast and grab some. The total was 17.22 so i bring a quarter and they THEN decide to tell me that they have no dollars in their store at all and cannot serve me my meal since they cannot appropriately give me my change. This was my WHOLE lunch break, I didn’t get to eat since I spent my time coming to your establishment. I could not be more disappointed. I’m not sure if your values have changed since my employment in college but we would have don’t whatever we could to help at Nora Plaza Chipotle when it was OUR fault."

"I ordered pickup. Waited in the fast lane pickup window for 10 minutes with no movement. Went inside to find six other people waiting for their pickup orders. Staff were angry, unhelpful and rude. Witnessed many hostile interactions from staff toward and customers. Got my food and clearly the secret ingredient was hatred. I waited for 40 minutes past the set pickup time to get 2 burritos. Insane. They literally put 9 chips in a $5 order of chips and guac. I see from the reviews that all this is already commonplace at this recently opened location. Really a shame because I love Chipotle but I will never visit here again."
