"WHAT I ASKED FOR vs. WHAT I GOT. This was a disaster, my nails were supposed to be done with powder obviously, based off the picture I showed them. One of the main nail techs (when I get the name I'll update this) insisted that she could do OMBRE with regular gel polish, being lazy and not wanting to take the time out. This was my FIRST (and last) time here so I thought maybe that could be an option, trying to trust that she was a "pro". She completely butchered my nails (SEE PHOTOS). My nails were nowhere near ombre, they were thin and they broke off the NEXT day and she constantly kept messing up my nails when she was doing them, putting the wrong polish on, rhinestones weren't placed properly, etc. And I was charged $100 for this mess! Nothing like the photo I showed and you can tell that polish is NOT blended. I will never come back here again. They overcharge you for -2 star service and value. If they couldn't do my nails to my liking, they should've said that. I will stick to my home nail salon, they always get me right!"

"I came in Saturday around noon for a pedicure. The salon is near my house so I decided to choose this salon so that I would not have a long wait. Someone was able to help me and he was very nice. The individual who performed my pedicure was friendly and carried a great conversation with me; however, the quality of the pedicure was anything but satisfactory. My toenails were not cut evenly, the polish is bubbly, there is polish over my toenails, and one of my toenails is not painted completely. Honestly, my feet look embarrassing - as if a child polished my toenails. I wasted $60. I will not be going back to this establishment for this or any other service."

"I know nothing about getting manicures or nail extensions, but my daughter wanted a set of nails so we took her here. We were seated immediately and the service was good. The first time we had a nice young lady we really liked. The next time it was someone else who listened to earphones the entire time. They all speak another language and talked around and about us the whole time. Hopefully they were nice. The nails looked good and they were convenient."

"Horrible Service! I definitely would not recommend this place and i am surprised they are still in business. They charged me $65 for sub par work. First issue was they ran out of the color i picked after doing my toes and one hand, so they had to remove it and start over. The guy doing my nails let out a loud sigh and was very annoyed that he had to remove the nail polish and start over because lets face it, removing nail polish is such hard work. The second issue was the quality of the service. There was actually bits of polish on the sides of my nails like when i do it myself or a child does their nails for the first time. The polish on one of my toes was lumpy which i didn't notice at first, so they also had to redo that. I really wanted to walk out without paying, but i'm not a confrontational person and i really didn't know how that would play out. Again, don't waste your time here. Literally every other nail shop in Montgomery is better than this place and cheaper."
