"If I could give them 0 stars I would. I've made appointments with this nail salon my friend was making them at first NO problems getting in the chair at the time the appointments were made for and we were going together. Our schedules changed and I started going by myself service went DOWN HILL. The first appointment she was doing someone's manicure. I left because she had just started the pedicure. The second appointment (today) the tech (Linda) walked up and stated that she did not accepts appointments (the owners daughter made both of them). She asked me could she do a manicure I advised I had t be at work. She asked me could I come back . I advised this was the second time that I've scheduled an appointment and had be disregarded. She was like call and ask for me. No thank you! But here the twist a yt lady came in and had an appointment foe a manicure and a wax. This place is unprofessional and I lack proper management go at your own risk!"

"I swear by Bellagio and always recommend them! I've been to nail salons all over the city and they have the best consistency with quality of work for manicures (I get dip) and pedis. I have even brought in my 2 young daughters to have kids manis done and they lasted for at least a week and if you have kids you know thats impressive!! They are always friendly and kind and I have used several of the professionals there. If there is ever a problem I've had with any service I can always come back in for a repair of whatever kind without any issues. I won't go anywhere else. I love the staff here."

"Me and my best friend went here to get our nails done for her graduation and vacation. The man I had was extremely ruff and the job was very sloppy and he didn't use the color I picked. My friend asked for ombre nails they didn't know what that was and kept insisting we were asking for moodchanimg nails. Then the other lady finally said they can't do it after showing a pictur. They also were extremely pushy up on getting gel nail polish. Never again!!"

"This is my first visit here to Bellagio & Spa. My nail technician was Don. He doesn’t talk much, he’s dry and short with you. He seems mean but he probably just not a people person lol. However his attention to detail is perfect. He will give you what you ask for. His work is top notch and your nails will be flawless."
