"Great service! I have no idea why it is rated a 3.9 because it is AMAZING! We always have a deal on the app for a one topping pizza which is great for me to eat like 2 pieces a day and be able to have that for like 4 days! I love to either get just Pepperoni Pizza or a pepperoni and mushroom pizza! Definitely recommend it! (Sorry Papa John’s, I feel bad that you have a 3.9 star review. Hope it helps)"

"My girlfriend ordered the 3 topping special for us. In all honesty, her mistake, she didn't realize she needed to customize the pizza and add the toppings. We called 2 minutes later, as she immediately realized she didn't add the toppings. They were not willing to offer any kind of option to get the toppings put on. Fair enough, it was our mistake, but it's not like we went to pick the pizza up and noticed it then. My biggest issue is, if we ordered a 3 topping special, why wouldn't they call and ask if we meant to order just cheese on a 3 topping special?? When she called back they didn't care at all, and told her they wouldn't credit anything back. At the end we paid $19 for a large cheese pizza...I feel they could have at least tried to offer an ounce of customer service...it was an honest mistake"
