"Beautiful place, and great ambiance for dating. My wife took me there for our valentines. The apps were decent, and the sauces too sweet for my taste. Salad way too much dressing, but the meats were perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. The manager was on point and greeted us a few times. Being a course restaurant, they will take their time, however, we did feel it was too much and the place wasn’t that busy. That made us feel forgotten a few times. It’s high end, so expect high end prices. Overall, id come back, and recommend it and allow the chef to cook for you, they definitely know what they’re doing."
"We had a memorable Valentine’s Day dinner, despite a 10-15 minute delay in our 9 PM reservation. While waiting, we enjoyed great drinks and impeccable service at the bar. Our meal began with beef carpaccio and Eddie’s potato chips, but the bread arrived late. Due to kitchen delays, we ordered all our food at once, including soup, but our meal still took a long time, with our entrees arriving cold and at the wrong table. Despite the wait and issues, the manager comped our $191.50 bill, and we still tipped our server generously, especially appreciating her efforts with the banana foster."
"We made reservations for Thanksgiving evening for my birthday. We had to wait a significant amount of time to be seated which I thought was frustrating due to the fact that we had to pay a non-refundable $50 reservation fee. Our reservations were at 6:00 and we were finally seated around 6:30. Once we were seated though, the waitress was very good and very knowledgeable. The food was amazing. We both have the 6 oz wagyu which was extremely good! Brussel sprouts for our side which was very good. We also got a baked potato which was just a typical baked potato but it was very large. Definitely shareable sides! We were very disappointed that they were out of both the smoked oysters and shrimp cocktail. You would think, being open on thanksgiving, they would prepare to have plenty. We ended up getting the crab cakes which were very good."
"This restaurant was overwhelmed for Thanksgiving. Took too many reservations. I had reservations at 7PM. Waited almost an hour to get seated. The host stand was handing out cards to contact general manager for poor experiences. Saw other people were waiting gave up and left. After being seated my table ordered food pretty quickly and took an hour and 45 minutes to get served main entrees. Manager did not do a table touch, but saw him apologizing to other tables who complained about cold food. After spending around $150 for 2 people for the experience, it was not worth it. Even missing the cranberry sauce. Ruined thanksgiving for several families."
""The only place I have ever tried a Bison Ribeye!" If you take anything from this review, take the message that the food was cooked close to perfection! Service was great as we were greeted and seated without hesitation. The atmosphere was great as they dimmed the lights and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu including the newer items. Pros -Great quality of food -Great assortment as well -Service was great from greeting to eating! Cons - Not really a con, more informational, at the front it does say proper attire required, but I had on a nice sweater and jeans and that was fine no issues. Overall I will definitely go back. May become one of my main go-to steak houses. The Bison ribeye was amazing. 10/10"
