"I went to Nail Envy yesterday and asked for gel nail overlay first I called and asked them if they do gel nail overlay over my natural nail and they said yes. So I showed up and got my nails done. The lady started on my nail on one nail and asked me to move so she can do someone else nails. Then a guy did my nails Tony I think. As he was doing my nails I was thinking that is he supposed to be dipping the brush in some powder. I probably should have said something but I didn't. I go wash my hands and he proceed to put gel polish on my nails and cure them. When he did thats when I realized that they actually put acrylic on my nails and not gel from the beginning. I will not be using them for my nail services again I been going here for over a year getting my feet done and finally decided to get my nails done to help protect then but I will not go here again."

"Although I walked into this salon at 5:10pm, I was told that they were closed. The sign clearly said open and the door was still open."

"I will NEVER come here again. I came to get a pedicure. An older lady did it. My toe nails were uneven, uncut (I requested they be cut) cuticles were cut so far back, I'm bleeding. The lady showed no remorse as she was grabbing and pushing my legs roughly. I stopped the pedicure with no polish or anything. I was charged $30. When brought to Mike's attention he offered to have someone else finish but my toes are so sore. I can't go any longer. No apologies were given or anything."
