"Ordered Uber Eats, got minor modifications to my sandwich and they were not honored. Uber Eats was unhelpful, so I tried calling the store to see what they would do. Turned out their system didn't even pick up the modifications I asked for. Although I had to drive to the store to get a replacement, I appreciate the staff for doing what they could to make the situation right."

"Driving thru Sunday I was informed they would not serve walk in customers for 45 minutes. Apparently the crew weren't capable of taking care of customers while working on a large order. This was amazingly unbelievable. I had previously stopped on my way through several times. I have decided to never stop at any Indianapolis Firehouse Subs again."

"I had placed my order on the app, but made a mistake & didn’t know how to cancel it out, so I immediately called the restaurant & thankfully they were able to fix it for me. Then I went in to pick up my food, & all 3 staff members who were there on the frontline working this evening (1/23/24) were kind courteous & had excellent customer service skills (which you unfortunately don’t really seem to find very often anymore these days). Plus…obviously the food was delicious!! So overall, yea it was a pleasant experience. & I will return. Thank you!"

"Delicious food and friendly service. There was a line of customers waiting to order and others waiting to pick up their food. They seemed a bit understaffed, and we did have a bit of extra wait time, but the food came out hot and fresh in under 15 minutes. I had the Hook and Ladder combo and it was very flavorful. I am glad we visited this restaurant today. It seems to be popular with the locals."
