"i was denied service because i ordered a banana split and went back around to pick up a doordash order and the employee named lucas was claiming i confirmed the order which i did not and we tried to show him proof but he refused to look at the phone because he knew he was in the wrong. He wouldn’t allow me to pick up the order and would not explain why. He also wouldn’t give me the number to corporate or any other assistance."

"This place sucks. I ordered an Oreo blizzard on DoorDash and received a plain cup of ice cream. I tried to call store to see about reordering and making sure they read the order this time and of course they never answer!!!!!!!!!!! Irvington is better that Dairy Queen treats you like family."

"We came here at 9:45pm on Thursday thinking we would be able to get a quick bite before they closed at 11pm (hate to be THAT person right before close, but we figured over an hour was reasonable enough for a Togo order). When we pulled in, the "open" sign was flashing, and we could clearly see two employees standing at the register inside the store and their cars in the parking lot. There was a sign on the door that said that they were short staffed and only running the drive-through, not the dining room. When we pulled around to the drive-through, they would not answer us. We sat in the drive-through for multiple minutes until we finally decided to call the store. They let the phone ring until it went to voicemail (mailbox full, of course). when we tried to pull up to the window to speak with someone, the two employees inside were nowhere in sight. They literally hid from us and avoided our call. Even after sitting in the parking lot for a few minutes to reconvene, they were nowhere in sight (this was now 9:55, open sign still on). Now, we'll get over not getting our ice cream, but it seemed like perhaps the manager or franchise owner would like to know that their two employees on duty went out of their way to avoid serving 8 people 75 whole minutes before closing."

"This is not large and they charge almost $4 for an additional large side, and they gave us small. Plus that I have to go back because they miss some item of the order."

"I have never had a worse DQ experience in my life. I used to work at one for 5 years so I know whats up and I know sometimes things just go wrong but oh man where do I begin. First this DQ doesn't offer basic upgrades like others. I couldn't even upgrade a drink to a medium blizzard. They told me I would have to pay full price if I did that. Second I had a relatively simple order. 4 piece basket and a flamethrower triple both with large drinks and large curds. A regular Onion ring and a medium blizzard. Easy right? Wrong I guess. Basically everything was wrong. They gave me regular fries for both instead of my large curds. They charged me a large onion ring but GAVE me a regular one. Almost didn't hand me one of my drinks I had to get the cashier back to the window; the toast, and when I got the curds, were all undercooked along with the rings. Plus my flamethrower had mustard and ketchup ALL over it! When I got a new sandwich they gave me a double instead of a Triple, I was laughing at how crazy this is. I'll definitely never be coming back to this DQ bad service and incompetence everywhere."
