"The staff were so nice and polite, the service was fast. You literally cant ask for more when it comes to grabbing lunch. Everything was perfect, and even as I was waiting for my food one of the staff let me know, by name, that it would be up soon. 5 stars all around and next time Im craving arbys I wont go to any other location"

"All the tables were dirty despite having no customers in the store. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Had to have the cashier repeat themselves several times because they spoke so quietly and talked down to the pos and could not hear them. The fries tasted like they were fried in burnt oil and the sandwiches were sloppy with barely any cheese on them. Will never patron this disgusting establishment ever again."
