"Sat in drive thru for 50 min just to get cold food. Fries were definitely old. Tried calling to see if I can get a replacement and of course they don’t answer. I ordered a large fries and received enough fries to fit into a value size. I understand they might be short staffed but that’s no reason to serve cold food or wrong portions"

"nobody answered the speaker for a very long time, several cars pulled off because of it! I didn't because I did a mobile order and already paid for the food. Then didn't get all my food in the bag so had to go in anyways, there were 6 people or so in the building working. They were clearly not doing what they were supposed to."

"Quite possibly the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. Giving two stars to give them points for being very busy and getting the drinks correct. Sandwiches not correct, fries were barely heated, not crispy at all and containers were barely half full. Will not go back to this location."

"Long wait today. They only had a couple cars in the drive thru, so I don’t know why it took so long. I was waiting on my order for almost 20 minutes. Today was my first time doing curbside delivery so maybe they don’t prioritize curbside. Food was fresh though. They seem to be trying to step up the freshness of the food they serve at this location. It’s usually hit or miss! Order might be wrong or have missing items, or a completely different order than you made… or food comes out stale like it’s been sitting a while. Staff doesn’t greet you. They typically seem unfriendly or miserable. If it wasn’t for the convenience of location, I wouldn’t come here. But at least they are making some improvements!"

"Unfortunately, we're only allowed to leave one 1 ⭐ review per Google account on Google maps for the McDonald's on Rudisill, but I have to share my complaints with someone or else they'll just live in my head forever. Today I started an hour early since they were offering a mission to deliver six orders between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and get $30. That's an extra $5 per order. Which is amazing. So I agreed Unfortunately, going to this McDonald's Location was one of those six orders. And, as usual, it was a 15 to 20 minute wait before one of their sad employees would even make eye contact with anyone. Obviously, I wasn't waiting alone. But an extra upsetting thing was that I could see my order sitting on their counter the entire time I was standing there. And when somebody finally got close enough for me to grab, they handed it to me and informed me that their ice cream machine is broken so they can only make half the order. I don't know what's happening nowadays in the fast food service world since I haven't worked in fast food in 10 years, and I have a pretty good imagination, but I'm trying really hard to imagine how and why this is all happening. Is it severe, crippling incompetence? Is it contempt? In every single customer service job I've ever had, it would be unthinkable to ignore someone for more than 5 seconds. But whatever. Maybe there's some exciting new management style that involves delivering a terribly unmotivating and demoralizing speech to your staff every day or something. Anyway, there was not any other time wasted on the other five orders that I did, and unfortunately I completed my 6th order at 503 p.m. 3 minutes too late. So $0 is what I got. Precisely because of the dimwits working at this location today. It's the most money I've lost so far as a direct result of somebody else's lackadaisical incompetence. Oh, wait. I do have another Google account that I use for my business emails!"
