"We had a large group, some of us got split up. One of the people in our group left to flag them down real quick since it's kind of hard to find. Those of us that were there had ordered drinks, and then they did last call. They would not let our friends in that got split up since they already did last call. Mind you, they weren't closed yet. Odd, but no big deal. Our friend had left their coat inside, though. They would not let him come in to retrieve it, and they said if I went outside to give it to him, I would not be allowed back in. It's winter... what were we supposed to do, down our drinks that we just purchased while our friend stood outside without a coat? Just kind of an odd interaction with kind of rude staff... I've worked in the service industry before, I get it. I always tried to start cleaning up before closing time as well, but if someone left their coat inside 15 minutes before closing, I wouldn't tell them, sorry, were not selling anything else today, so you can't come in and get it. :("
