"Amazing food! Everything is made to order, so allow more time for ordering & eating- the food is amazing, and well worth it! Can’t wait to go back next time we’re in town."
"This is an Indy gem. Food & service is perfection. Haven’t felt the need to leave a google review in maybe 2 years. So, thank you for the inspiration Wisanggeni Pawon! This place deserves to survive for as long as they desire & will give us the privilege to exist here in Indy. Thank you for opening such a fine & unique restaurant in this city!"
"I had heard so much about Wisanggeni Pawon, the Indonesian restaurant, and finally got the chance to try it myself. The food exceeded all expectations. I didn't anticipate falling in love with Indonesian cuisine, but the rich flavors won me over. Sharing with my wife allowed us to try two main dishes and an appetizer. Kudos to the chef—the food was incredible, boasting bold flavors and delightful textures. I'm eager to return and further explore their menu. The service was also commendable; our waiter was attentive, polite, and very helpful. I eagerly anticipate my return to continue exploring the diverse items on their menu."
"Come here for the delicious, authentic Indonesian food and stay for the warm service. Stopped by for dinner on a weeknight and was promptly treated to a feast of flavors - this is the best Indonesian food I’ve had in the United States. We had the Martabak Telor to start (Crispy skin omelette with beef and onion), moved on to the Beef Rendang (tender simmered beef with coconut milk and caramelized spices) and the Nasi Rames of the day (rice place which had fried chicken, seasoned tempeh, omelette and more). Finished off with the Es Cendol (sweet iced dessert with coconut milk, palm sugar syrup and green rice flour jelly). Chef came out and met us afterwards. They’ve just moved into this new space so it’s still being setup (soft opening), but the food is worth it!"
