They came into the lobby and said they were done, I asked if my truck cover locks now and was told yes. I paid the agreed amount and went out to the parking lot and tried to lock my truck cover. I was unable to get it to lock. I went back inside and told the i couldn't get it to lock. The person i had been dealing with and another person came out to my truck. Neither of them could get the cover to lock, even though I was just told it locked when I paid. I was LIED TO, and they wanted to charge me more to work on it again. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. Go elsewhere."
