"This place is disgusting. Couldn't get the order right. Served food cold, looks like nothing has been cleaned at all. Pop everywhere on the machine. Service was terrible made people wait to order while she walked around a ting like she was looking for something. Got our food baconator was cold the cheese wasn't even melted. Chicken nuggets were cold as well. The boys that were in the back was on there phones."

"We had poor customer service, found the men's restroom needing immediate attention which I informed them of and nothing was done and then we were served cold undercooked food. The manager did nothing about ANY of it and when respectfully confronted about it all a second time she gave nothing but attitude. Never again will I go to this Wendy's."

"1. No soap in men's restroom. Don't employees wash hands? 2. Almost every table was dirty and food was on the floor. 3. Granted o)cashier was in training, but he obviously did not know what he was doing. 4. Person who took our orders was not accurate. 5. Fries were cold and hamburgers tasted leftover 6. When someone did come out to clean the table his britches were below his buttox cheeks. Do I REALLY want to see that? Glad he had no racing stripes on his underwear! 7. We watched someone waiting for their food in the drive thru line give up and drive off without it. So service outside was as slow inside, so was EVERYONE in training? Impression. Quality has drastically dropped."

"Hands down the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Had to wait for someone to even come around the corner to take our order and there were like 8 people working. I had my young nephew with me and we ate inside, the manager and another worker were screaming and fighting at the top of their lungs cursing and one walked out. Honestly felt unsafe in there."

"We stopped in to order food to eat in. We stood at the counter for 15 minutes, and no one even acknowledged our existence. We were looked at and completely ignored. Staff looked like they were stoned out of their minds. The worst experience. Staff was rude to the customer in front of us and was ignoring her too. We left without ordering after 20 minutes."
