"I really hate giving bad reviews, but I don’t have a choice. First time here for an SNS and the wait time was painfully ridiculous. While I was able to get my nails soaked off, the person available still had not gotten there to do my nails. I waiting over 1.5 hr, and I saw at least 4 people walk out. It’s very unprofessional for customers to have to wait this long for staff to show up for work. There are plenty other things I can do with my time rather than sit and wait for someone to show up late. I would not recommend and unfortunately, I definitely will not be back."

"I hate to give this salon one star because the work is normally good, but this has been my third encounter of getting here when they open and I’ve had to wait 45 minutes or more until a second nail tech comes in. This is unprofessional and it cuts so much time out of customers day. Sadly i will not return here."

"Got $70 of dip nails that majority fell off in less than a week. You’d think from activities or work of which I do neither, but they still all came off. I went back to get them fixed when they’d first broken and was told they’d only be able to fix two nails. I truly hope this place is shut down for the lack of cooperation and quality of service."

"I got the ombré acrylic service with an almond shape. I am from Ohio and will definitely be coming to this location next time I visit. Service was professional and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed, laid back, and super clean. Very satisfied with my visit!"
