Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"I’m a server/bartender myself so I understand how things can go and sometimes it’s just not your fault when things aren’t perfect. Our server was great I just didn’t like that she let our table get completely full. After refills were brought she left the old cups and the same way with salad and so on. There were 4 of us in a booth 2 being children so we should have had plenty of room. I had to ask her to clean our table so I could have room to box up the small amount of food that we actually liked enough to take home. The worst part was the food. The egplant and spaghetti was horrible. All 4 of us angreed on that. Anything with red sauce was horrible except the lasagna and it was ok I guess. The only part that was good was the salad, calamari, 2nd round of breadsticks and cheese sauce (the first was old). On the other hand the restaurant was very clean and quiet and we only had to wait 10 minutes instead of the 25 we were originally told. I paid. $135 to never go back to this location again!! I read the reviews before I left this one and I couldn’t help but notice that no one ever replied to anyone’s reviews. Usually the restaurant apologizes at the very least when someone has a bad experience"

"Cindy was our waitress and she was WONDERFUL! Made the entire meal a complete joy. It was pouring down rain when we came in and Cindy was a warm ray of sunshine! Food was great too!"

"Food here is as good as the 82nd St. location. The service here however is painfully slow. We had to flag down another server several times to get attention to our table. Our table was extremely wobbly, reminding me of my days in the Navy, and trying to hold onto my tray in the mess hall at Sea as the ship pitched and rolled. My advice, get a couple screws or whatever it takes to fix the table before someone gets seasick."

"I’ve been a customer for 15 years, I had the worst experience today. A few minutes after we were sat at our table, the manager asked my family and I to move because the host made a mistake and sat us at the wrong table. We were sat next to a homeless man that had all his dirty blankets with him, I’m pretty sure that’s a health hazard for everyone in the restaurant. I was also charged extra because I shared my salad with my wife. Horrible Service! If you’re able to drive a little further to a better location it will definitely be worth it."

"Ordered Catering, I picked up the order. I went inside to make sure the order was correct, no one offered to assist me and no one helped me load my car. You would think after spending over a $1000, you would get better customer service. See the attached photo of all the bags I loaded myself. I will not use this location again."
