"We entered this restaurant around 9pm on Sunday, February 11th. We were accosted and belittled by the employees for being there. The young man behind the counter was demeaning and insulting. The level of disrespect and lack of customer service experienced at this restaurant was insulting. We left as we did not feel comfortable around the employees. This experience was wildly uncomfortable and disappointing. The young man behind the counter continued to shout and insult us as we left."

"I order Chipotle almost 3x per week and it’s always something with them! Half the time they forget an ingredient and get my order wrong. Today was the last straw! I always order salsa on the side of my quesadilla and they decided they would be sneaky and fill up 80% of the compartment with rice and put the world’s thinnest layer of salsa over top, I guess in an attempt to bamboozle me. It didn’t work. What a dishonest place. If you don’t have something, just say that. You can see in the photo the “salsa” compartment. And the actual rice compartment was about half full, but I ate some of it before snapping the photo. I order chips specifically to go with my salsa. They basically removed half of my meal with this stunt."

"My husband and I had dinner there tonight, and after deciding it was too windy to dine outside, we chose to eat inside. The food was very good and fresh. As we walked to the car, I realized I didn't have my purse. I ran back inside to check out table but it wasn't there either. Perhaps I left it home? After frantically checking at home (we live very close), we headed back to the restaurant and asked the employees behind the counter if anyone had turned in a purse. The manager asked me to describe it, which I did, and they brought it out from the back. One of the employees had noticed it (can you guess?) hanging on the chair at the table outside, where we decided not to eat. I'm so grateful for the honesty and integrity of the employee that found it and brought it in. A good reminder that most folks are good and honest and the employees at this Chipotle are no exception. Come eat their great food!"
