"Beyond disappointed and frustrated with the new Berger/McMahons Auto. I dropped off my car with paperwork showing what needed fixed. They called with a $2k other problem they found that I declined and asked again for them to fix the original concern. I paid, left, and my engine light was still on. After calling back, they told me I was charged $200 for them to look at my car and not fix anything that was asked of them. Yes, they apologized and accepted fault, but offerred no solution other than bringing my car back in and repaying the labor costs. I miss Berger's prices, customer service, and reliable auto care. I highly recommend avoiding McMahons and finding a more reliable car shop elsewhere. Extremely disappointed."
"Great service and very transparent about pricing and estimates. Me and my friends have gone here several times and always had good service. One time they accidentally got dirt on my suede seat interior (very minimal) and they detailed the seat for me at no extra cost! Definitely recommend."
"Incredible service with Shelby and Jackson! Got me a tire ordered and same day was able to get my tire changed. Was quoted $270 at Toyota and McMahon got me a better tire for $160. Best part was they didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need! Was in and out in 20 minutes. I’ll be back for all my regular car stuff now."
"Very quick in and out. The tire tech was phenomenal! We stood outside while they swapped the tire over for us and were just watching him do his thing. He took extreme care with the very expensive wheel (bmw) and had us going very quickly. The staff inside was very friendly and made you feel at home."
"Had my car towed there when it failed on the highway. They were able to diagnose my vehicle in 2 days. (They were very busy) They were very kind, honest and helpful. I Do not live in that State and they allowed me to get my vehicle towed away in 3 days. I am very grateful to everyone who works there. I would give 10 stars if I could."
