"Warning for those looking to sell!!! Dropped off 3 boxes of clothing, all brand name, all gently used. All bought within the last 3 years. My fiancé picked them up later that day. He didn't think to check the boxes. They had removed all the items from the largest box and replaced them with clothing no less than 5 years old, very worn, with brand names I'd never heard of/sizes that had never fit me. Rather than being able to try to sell my clothes elsewhere, I simply had them stolen by this store. The clothes they returned in their place were tossed in the trash as they had a strange smell/feel to them even after a wash. I'd highly advise AGAINST trying to sell any clothes their. *it was 100% the same box, it had my name and address on it from being shipped to me, there was not a SINGLE item that belonged to me in it*"

"Management Positive Experience: I was in the other night with my daughters who enjoy thrifting here. I purchased gift cards for the girls at Christmas. We lost one and I asked about if possible to find the information. Manager was so helpful to look up the detailed information (took about 10 minutes) and get the gift card situation solved. I don't know her name but she wore glasses with blonde straight hair and was working Sunday 2/5/2024. Thank you for helping my family. This was our experience. I know that working with the public is hard because every customer is self entitled to something and kindness is so hard to find today. Thanks again."

"This place is awful and the management is revolting, as you can see by all the owner responses on here. Are you 11 years old? I called corporate to let them know their Fort Wayne store is in the dumps but I could only leave a message, couldn’t actually get in contact with a real person yet. There are nicer thrift stores in town that don’t try to sell overpriced stained clothing with holes in them. Can’t wait to see how they respond! Ha"

"I love this location, it's my favorite Plato's. Not only is it huge but there's tons of cute stuff. Plus, every time I've been in here the employees have been nothing but kind to me. It's sad to see people leave poor reviews bc they didn't buy their stuff... Last time I went in, they had probably about 20 garbage bags (literal garbage bags) full of clothes to go through. With that kind of volume, of course they're going to be picky. No one wants your five-year old sweater in spring, even if it has tags or is name brand."
