"Went through drive through for lunch got chicken tenders. The fries were cold, and now my stomach is upset from eating here. When working with food you have to wash your hands constantly and don’t come to work sick that’s how you pass viruses around."

"The food is kind of on the salty side that can be overwhelming after the 3rd bite. The milk tea was actually pretty decent and the tacos were the only good thing from there. It would be perfect if there was not that much sodium."

"Try the new Boba drinks!!! Love this classic chain! We frequent this location whenever we go to Indy. Everything is always yummy. Try the new Boba drinks!!! They did not disappoint! great flavor and the boba pearls had the perfect texture! I would have a hard time distinguishing their boba milk tea from a legit milk tea boba restaraunt. So far only 2 flavors but very good!!"

"I actually love Jack In The Box so it takes a pretty bad experience for me to complain. I go to this location frequently and most of the time I am having the same issues. The majority of my fries are either rock hard or rubbery and they are all cold. The burger was not fresh and not even warm. I rarely see these problems with other food chains, sadly I guess it's time to give up on you Jack."
