"My card got stolen and used at this store, when I called to inform them, they got super defensive and rude and told us to call back tomorrow. Then hung up on me."

"Got there and it had the “Open” sign turned on and an employee eating a sandwich by the window… yet the door wasn’t open and all he did was shake his head no. website says it’s open."

"Placed an order online. Received an email at the time the order was supposed to be completed that it was canceled and to call the store. Called the store, the person who answered the phone recognized my name and said they made my order and that it had already been picked up. I said if it was picked up why was it canceled and she said she did not know why they would cancel it and that there was no manager on duty to help me. Pretty much got told there was nothing she could do about it and didn't know why the order was canceled even though the communication I received said it was canceled from the store. Apparently they just take my money and give my food to their friends or themselves. Will not be returning and could not recommend any less."

"On my way home from work and decided to grab a sub from here. Ordered my usual cold Italian bmt on wheat and when I received it was hot and they did not get my chips. No big deal...paid for chips and employee remakes sandwich. Get home and literally it is covered in stuff I did not order. My wife works 3rds so I can't go back at once I get home. I call and ask them if they can make me a sandwich tomorrow to make up for tonight's debacle. Sure...well maybe if I'm working. Like what!!!! Who owns this place! Smh. Money down the drain."
