"Chris is one of the technicians there that went above and beyond. Saw I have an Injury to my ankle which makes it difficult to walk . He asked me for the keys to my vehicle went to pull it up closer to the door, assist me out the store. I was very impressed and appreciated!"

"I took my vehicle there because I was told by one of their employees that I needed new brakes. When I went back I had them check the front and back brakes. They said I only needed front pads. They did the work and I paid. A month later I went back to ask a question and an employee told me that I now needed new pads and rotors on the rear. Something didn’t sit right with me because I was just there a month prior and was told I only needed new pads for the front, now all of a sudden I’m told I needed new pads and rotors on the rear. I proceeded to take my car elsewhere to have it checked and was told that my rear brakes and rotors were fine. At this point I strongly suspect that I never needed the front brake pads and I honestly believe I was taken advantage. I thank God that I had the mind to check the second time or I would have spent close to $700 ! I suspect this is an ongoing business practice that is used by this company. They all should be ashamed of themselves ‼️"

"Big O' Tires Owner Steve Powers and his Regional VP - Joe Nelms refused to address an serious issue where his employees stole my money! They charged me $1,113 for Services they never performed. This was validated by the Volvo Service team when I took the car for the 40,000 mile service. I refused the Brake Pad and Brake Fluid Service from Volvo because I just had it performed. I received a call one hour after I dropped the car off. The Service Manager informed me that Big O' Tires never performed either service. They simply took my money!! And, Steven Powers refuses to refund my money! STAY AWAY!!"

"Worst service ever.was told 3 different prices. Back to check on my car 3 men standing around it. One smoking a cigar one eating ramom noodles. My car smelled like car and one of men appeared to be stoned. Customer in front me said hey looked liked just got out of jail.I told give me my AR never we seen anything like that"

"I received fantastic service from their manager "Champ". Very friendly competent guy who knows the business. When I called for an oil change appointment, he got me scheduled. I arrived 30 minutes early for appointment and he got me right in. With coupon my full synthetic oil change and complimentary tire rotation was under $60. I will likely go see Champ at Big O when I need to replace tires. He gave me several good options while I was there and I appreciate his product knowledge and friendly manner. This store is a huge contrast to a miserable experience I had at Firestone on Keystone Ave."
