Ziggi's Coffee

"We've been coming here since the place opened. Service and food has always been good. As promised, after revisiting the store, we have had consecutive great experiences. Greeted on arrival, coffee hot and great! Update Feb 6. This location has blown it out of the water with customer service recently and it's very refreshing!"

"I love Ziggi's. I'm not a coffee guy but the burritos and lattes are great. The staff is also incredibly kind every time I go. Keep incentivizing and motivating the workforce you have because they are great. One thing I would change is the lighting inside. The bar area is so bright that it's not as soft of an environment that I would like to sit in. But this is just a personal preference."

"Super sad with the service at this Ziggi's. I love the drinks, but yesterday I came to get a quick coffee in the drive through before work and sat in the line almost 50 minutes with only four cars in front of me. I was clearly frustrated when I finally got up to the window and the drive through employee tried to say it's because they were "so busy" due to the air show in town. I have understanding for being busy, but this is not an uncommon occurrence at this location. The 3 other times my husband and I have gone through the drive through, we have waited 25+ minutes with only 2 or 3 cars in front of us. And every time we come up to the window they ask who the order is for and only then start making it. Might as well just order at the window at that point. The process needs to change. Slow service for the drive through is not uncommon at this location, air show or not. Skip the drive through all together if you don't want to wait forever to be served."

"Ziggi's Coffee in Pendleton IN is a great place to grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. We visited this morning and caught up with some old friends. One thing that sets this coffee shop apart is their commitment to accommodating special requests, including gluten-free options. This is a huge plus for anyone with dietary restrictions or preferences. During my visit to Ziggi's Coffee, I had the pleasure of being helped by Amy and Lydia, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The breakfast sandwiches at Ziggi's Coffee are definitely a must-try. They're delicious and filling, and perfect for a quick breakfast on the go. And if you're in the mood for something sweet, I highly recommend the blueberry and pomegranate smoothie. It's so tasty that I suggest getting a large one and splitting it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Ziggi's Coffee in Pendleton IN. Between their gluten-free options, willingness to adjust to special requests, and friendly staff, this coffee shop is definitely worth checking out."
