"These are some rachet uneducated fools. The so- called manager on duty tonight was making fun of a deaf man in front of his face. And talking about him in front of other customers. I don't know what type of home they came from where it is acceptable to diregard other's that have a disability. I hope one day karma shows them.how cruel they are. God forbid one day they could lose their hearing, mobility, etc or someone they love. Then encounter someone who acts in the foul manner they did. Family Dollar need to hire more qualified people that actually know what real customer is and that have a moral compass. Because these heathens at this location are lacking even the minimum of skills needed. I will be contacting corporate on this matter. Being this is discrimination on a disabled person and they have enough of obstacles to overcome than to go into an eatablishment that have no regard for them and to treat them in the manner they deserve. These actions was done by management and staff memebers. Disgusting!"
"They're lazy, she snapped on a customer for coughing, and was being prejudice towards a Mexican woman m, and she did it in her arm to top it off. When you're thinking customer service it isn't this. If she was that worried she would have worn a mask. If I had been that woman I would've been offended therefore I know she was offended. This isn't the first RUDE encounter I've witnessed and experienced from this store."
"Nice nasty attitudes with some of the cashiers in store planograms are not up to date prices are almost always wrong, close whenever they feel like it and tell you what time they are closing when they close later than that would not recommend to my dogs I will give it a negative 5"
"I actually really do like this store. It's a great alternative to Dollar General and the people (at this store) have always been REALLY courteous to me and their prices aren't bad. The one "bonus" to this store is the electronics area and their Bluetooth speaker/light collection. Believe it or not, they've got some good products with actual decent sound and i'm a VERY harsh critic when it comes to sound matters and Bluetooth considering i run my own computer repair store (Don't Panic Computers), i'm pretty serious when it comes to advising people on where to go and what to buy when it comes to electronics and "value". Sometimes the checkout will get slow but that's an issue at most of these places"
"If the staff would leave their attitudes at home this would be a nice place to shop. There are a few cashiers, as in two, that are pleasant and helpful but overall they leave a bit to be desired."
