"The manager Sam talked over me and yelled at me over the speaker for seemingly no reason and she refused to answer my questions or give me any type of service. There was no conversation, her tone was rude the whole time and got worse as I tried to make my order. She acted extremely childish and I have no idea why I was being treated this way. I will never return to this Wendy’s and I’m deeply hurt by the way I was treated when all I was asking for was food and service. I can’t believe the manager could be so rude to me and have so little Customer Service. She deserves to be fired talking to customers the way she talked to me."
