"This Arbys has improved so much in the last few months! The employees are friendly and the food has been great! Tonight we ordered 2 roast beefs, curly & crinkle fries, chocolate shake, and two cokes. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD & HOT! We went thru the drive thru so wasn't sure on the atmosphere. But keep up the good work in there!"

"Had the most wonderful customer service. She was so kind, and very helpful. She's definitely in the right line of work. She can do anything in customer service, and do beautifully in any job she chooses. If the higher ups see this, you have an incredible person working there."

"Went through the drive thru around 11:15 pm, and they close at midnight, Hank to my order, Hank had a super good attitude, I have felt with a lot of fast food chains who dread taking orders that close to closing. I never leave reviews but I just wanna say thank you Hank for having a positive attitude and making putting a good stand point on customer service. Keep up the good work."

"I asked for FRESH fries, they had me pull forward to wait for FRESH fries..1 minute later they bring me fries that have clearly just been placed back in the grease just to get them a little hot. First of all I know FRESH fries take more than 1 minute to make, second they weren't even hot and you could tell they were old!! I told the worker who brought them to me that clearly they just tried to re-heat old fries and he says, "they probably did" Really??? I don't know what is going on with fast food place these days it's like no one cares what kind of food they give you! If you wouldn't eat it, then why would you give it to someone else to eat?? This location is really just becoming trifling!!"

"Food was great. Manager was helpful when I asked to put am ice pack in his freezer during my meal. But the restaurant itself shows signs of being too busy for the quality of staff... I'm not sure how they stay so busy. There were no small lids for the drink cups. There is only one caffeine free soda option (a sprite-type soda). And there was no ice available in the dining room. But the food is fabulous, and it kept me out of a burger joint for one meal of my road trip, so I'll probably be back. :-) Also, only one stall in the restroom, but at least it is clean and handicapped-accessible."
