"Bought food at kiosk. Price was $45.00. tried to add 10% tip but for some reason added a 100% tip, totalling over $95.00. Addressed this with manager then business partner. Said they couldn't,'t do anything until 5 days. Gave me two numbers to call but always goes to vm. I will never shop at this or another Steak and Shake again. Food was ok."

"Food was well made, and shakes tasted amazing. The building is clean, and it is clear that the staff put in a lot of effort in keeping the place well kept. During our visit, a man dropped his drink on our table and quickly left, acting like nothing happened. Thankfully, an employee helped clean everything up, so we are very grateful for the help."

"We can’t comment on the atmosphere since we ordered in the drive through, but that experience was beyond our expectations. It was busy, but moved quickly. We were promptly greeted by the attendant. The order was taken carefully and quickly. It was accurate and hot. If you’re craving a great steak burger and fries, this is one of the best."

"I understand service has really changed since COVID and many implementations are here to stay. But I do miss the face to face talking with servers and a sit down dining experience. Our food took 45 minutes to receive, they forgot our drinks, and there weren't enough staff onsite to accommodate all their customers. Steak and shake was always a fun and affordable experience for us. Now it feels like the olden days dining theme has just been exchanged for the title of "home of the steakburger". The staff were doing their best, but their standard operations really need to go back to how they were."

"The staff were rushing customers out the door. Waited 25 minutes for food. My friends food came out cold while mine came out hot. When talking ti the manager he was an immature inconsiderate boy. He shrugged his shoulders and ignored her. Worst service possible."
