"Do not come here ever!!!! The entire experience for me was terrible. The lady who was serving me took 20 minutes just to get me and my family’s order. She was so rude about it just because my daughter was Autistic. Saying rude things like: “Acoustic or what?” And “She’s special alright.” It made the entire experience terrible for us. We still stayed though, but that was clearly a mistake. We ordered 4 things. Those 4 things took an entire hour. It was 2 kids pizza, and 2 drinks. We had to ask staff many times for how long it would take. After the hour, our food came, looking straight out of the freezer and heated form the microwave. Again, do not come here ever!!!!"
"We use to go to the old location all the time for the buffet, the food at this location is still delicious and the staff friendly. However their new restaurant is a straight up downgrade, they went from 20 tables to maybe 8. Had to sit outside because there was no where to sit."
"So so good! We stopped in on a Friday evening and got right in, our food came out fresh and delicious. Seriously some of the best pizza ( pepperoni & cheese) I’ve had in a long time. It was hard to stop eating. Breadsticks & sauces were so good too. The only sad part was we had a gift card they wouldn’t take, though it didn’t say anything on the gift card it’s self it was only for a different location, so that bummed us out."
"I went to Chicago’s Pizza about a week ago and it the Beginning it looked pretty good. But as we started to look around I noticed there was no Meat protein at the salad bar. Another problem is that they have alcohol on the menu but they don’t have their license yet so they can’t serve it they should cover it up until they get it. The server was welcoming but they were very rushed and it did not feel like we had that regular connection with the waiter. I think more customer service training needs to be done. Also maybe a couple more employees. The manager was very nice as well. The food was alright but I ordered breadsticks and it took 15 Minutes to get those to me. That’s too long. I will come back in about a month or so and will check up on it. I hope my experience will be better next time."
"Craving a good pepperoni breadstick and these were it! Customer service was great. I ordered the pepperoni breadsticks with nacho cheese and marinara sauce and a root beer. Everything was fresh and delicious."
