Starbucks

"This Starbucks should be shut down if they cannot operate with a Starbucks barista or can’t make the coffee you order. They are always having some malfunction with equipment, always out of ingredients and now they can’t even make the coffee we ordered! Where do you get hazelnut out of Venti White mocha ?? The order wasn’t marked so my friend had no way of knowing it was wrong. Now I am not driving all the way back there for a new coffee but I want to address this and they won’t answer the phone, imagine that !! EDIT: I returned to this location the following day because I saved the coffee for them, they can have it back! Thankfully Jamia was working and I want to be sure my negative review doesn’t include her. She is super nice and always remembers me and what I order, she does a great job and has never made an error with my order, I explained to her what took place and she made it right. It’s a shame they don’t have more employees like her Feb. 18,2024 when you think it can’t get worse, trust me it will! Now I have gotten a Venti white mocha with no espresso at all! Yep you heard me, I got water and whip and that is all ! It’s beyond belief and it’s just…. I am at a loss see my photo I will attach one or post one for sure. I am done!"

"Baristas are rude, they are never open and last time I went I asked for an iced white mocha and the “barista” working said she didn’t know how to make it but could look it up in the training book but it would take her awhile. They are always sorely understaffed and machines are broken all the time. Go anywhere else (mt comfort, Pendleton pike or fishers) for your needs at a stand alone store."

"Can’t rate anything else besides service because this Starbucks is never open during their posted hours & their baristas who just stare at you as you walk towards them at 7:15 to then snarkily tell you they aren’t open."

"This location is terrible. They don't abide by any of the Starbucks policies like being able to bring reusable cups for extra stars. They are always out of ingredients or their blenders are broken. They aren't even open during posted hours. Then to make matters worse, they never make the drinks correctly. I assume this is lack of training. This location just needs to close since corporate doesn't support them or force them to abide by policy."

"I hate leaving bad reviews, and usually if I have a bad experience I just don't review at all. But not sure if the "barista" was hung over, drunk or high, but he was not with it. My drink was also not marked correctly. They made the wrong drink as they didn't listen when I ordered. I asked for Decaf as I am nursing and can't have caffeine, but it wasn't marked. I didn't have time to ask for a new one as I waited 10 minutes to get this one. And would have been met with eye rolls and huffs if I would have. Great reminder why I don't spend money here and go just about anywhere else to get coffee."
