"Horrible, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and when I call they just said my order was cancelled, thanks that's a great solution after I waited all day without a single snack just wanting a damn pizza for me and my family :)))"

"So the pizza was good, however, they locked the doors and made it so people would have to wait outside in the cold to get their order. Honestly you could have walked up and whatever pizza was being passed through this little window you could have just taken. Whether it was yours or not. people were getting mad because they were being forced to wait outside and had to press their phones against the glass just to show their pickup order. It is a bad system, with a broken intercom outside. You couldn't even hear the server call your name. I think the owner needs to invest in a better system. Add a drive thru, fix the outside intercom or just have a way to not make people wait out in the cold."

"I called 11/28/23 at 9:45pm ordered my food gave my card number and patiently waited needless to say it's 11/28/23 11:30 pm no food no one is answering because the store is closed now and obviously I'm not getting my food this is terrible bussiness especially accepting my card payment as if your going to actually make the food and send it out like good bussiness should be conducted don't order here and if you do a delivery order tell them you got cash even if it a card to make them come first just because its simply bad bussiness here"

"This particular store has recently changed in that they no longer allow any customers in the store when ordering carryout. You must preorder your food online or by phone and pickup at the window. Very inconvenient to stand in the cold and rain."

"Updating review as of 8/13/23, the issues remain. They still don't ever provide extras, almost as if it is intentional. They also outsource their delivery to door dash so you can't have drivers check for the correctness of the orders. It's been 2 months since initial review, and they have the same problems, and that review was months after the initial problem even started. --- They never give you your side you order, such as the additional order of pepperoncini peppers we paid for and was yet again not provided. The dough is always super hard, and it always takes forever to get the order complete."
