"Went through the drive-thru today. Every time I tried to stop and read the menu the man taking the order would go um hello hello and I said what I wanted and he said anything else and I paused for a second and he goes hello hello what do you want. So I said do you do this to all your customers I'm trying to read the menu and he goes what else do you want and I said nothing that's it and he goes what did you say and I raised my voice a little bit he goes in a shouting voice okay okay and then gave me my total. I am a person who is hard of hearing and it's just rude. He didn't give me two seconds to even look at the menu before he starts fussing at me I'm done there are too many McDonald's in Indianapolis to bother with that foolishness."

"Went specifically for the play place Saturday morning. Food was McDonald's food, and service was decent, but the play area was so cold we could see our breath. It was 30 degrees outside and I asked if there was any way to turn the heat on back here we were told that they don't have heat back in the play place because of all the glass. Seems like a huge oversight in design. Regardless, your customers can see their breath, that's too cold and portible heater fans exist. We weren't able to stay long, which defeated the whole point of coming out."

"Went to get a McBuddy for my daughter tonight! Drive through guy was hype and we were excited for the experience to come. Had to purchase a Big Mac meal (no longer a kids meal item) to score a McBuddy. Instead of receiving the McBuddy they gave my daughter an extra 2 nuggets in her kids meal. They must have forgot or misappropriated our McBuddy. Very disappointing let down from what would have been a core moment for us."

"This McDonalds location usually gets the orders right most of the time. I can't speak for their ice cream machine though. It's in a convenient location and easy to get to. The staff typically do well to make sure you're taken care of."

"I brought my toddler here after his first dentist appointment as a little treat for both of us. There was a gentleman sweeping around the play area and I noticed a small puddle on the steps leading up to the area. I asked if he had any cleaner and could get that spot before we played in it (not knowing what it was). He said “I’ll do you one better” and cleaned the whole area including all the touch points with spray all the while carrying on a “conversation” with my 18 month old. Very impressed!"
