"Won’t be returning here, I paid $128 for a iPhone 12 screen replacement that was supposed to have an WARRANTY and my screen was still glitching. And not even a week later my screen is broken again I literally sat my phone on the counter. I called and explained the problem and how I would like to use the warranty for a new screen. And he tells me I have to pay $100 because it isn’t elegible because of a small crack when my phone was still glitching after he fixed it. he lies and says he’s giving me a deal but is really a ripoff. I also asked for a 11 pro screen to be fixed at first he told me $90 now he’s telling me $120 after that I JUST PAID $120 so not only is he changing prices on his own he also does not Honor the warranty he claims to. Don’t go here you can find somewhere else"

"This place is a scam. Typically, I don't write reviews, but this service was horrible. The woman there was sweet, but the guy who fixed phones was rude. I got my phone fixed last month. Ever since I've gotten my phone resolved, my phone has been pressing random buttons that I haven't pushed or taking me out of apps I didn't leave. I didn't overthink it, plus I don't live that way, so I couldn't take it back whenever I could. When I was at work, my phone started to press random buttons to the point where I couldn't even make a call. I turned my phone off and turned it back on, and my screen went blank. I never dropped it. It happened out of nowhere! So I got a ride to the mall the next day for them to tell me that the lowest they can go is $90. I paid $90 the first time my phone was broken. How is that the lowest? I have a warranty, but apparently, it only would have worked if my phone was entirely broken. Nobody ever explained that to me because If it were explained, I would have said something about it, pressing random buttons after we left. Needless to say, they need to stick with one price because the man told me that he never goes lower than $120! But I paid $90"
