"So the store allows children to buy items, with no indication that their sale items are non-refundable, until they have paid and the receipt prints, and viola, there at the bottom it states this. At this point, it is too late. As a parent that has to return items our kids have purchased, where they are not quite mature enough to know good from bad or that things may not fit once they get home, and have to be told "no we don't refund purchases" is simply crazy. This is the Fort Wayne IN location, and we or our children will never shop there again. Sale was less than 5 days and items still in the bag with tags... we had to issue a chargeback on the credit card. There is a reason online merchants are closing down brick and mortar stores, this type of customer service and merchandising policy is a major contributor."

"The girls working were super rude. There was still over 20 mins left before closing and they decided to close out the fitting rooms and literally yelled it at everyone in the store. As someone who worked in retail for over 11 years, I was honestly shocked. That was enough to never want to go back again"
