"My battery died and needed replaced, I had an employee take a look and they agreed it needed replaced but told me they couldn't do it because it'd take 30 minutes or more and because of the complexity if something went wrong they'd be liable. They even said "maybe O'Reilly would help you." They jumped my car and I went around the corner to O'Reilly; sure enough they helped me. Took the associate there 3 minutes to unhook the bad battery and another 3 to connect the new one; car works just fine. A little disappointing that Auto Zone couldn't/wouldn't help because I'd have preferred a duralast battery, oh well."
