"Called in for brake parts, we were told they would pull them so that they would be ready when we arrived, that didn't happen. Not really that big of a deal. Tony takes a push cart and goes to the back for rotors and brake pads, rings me up and never moves to help with loading the rotors into my vehicle. He did say I could use the cart because they were heavy. Very nice of him ( sarcasm). I could have insisted that he or someone help take these to my car and load them for me, but I have never had to ask before at any auto parts store and I was a little offended. I of course have a really bad back, just had breast cancer surgery with lymph node removal a few months ago. Customer service needs to be reviewed."
"Their lifetime tool warranty is B.S. tried to exchange a broken ratchet of their house brand and they were all too happy to tell me not without a receipt... never had a problem returning broken tools to any of the other big auto parts stores. If you can't return a lifetime warranty tool, makes me wander about there parts...."
