"Even though I order on the app in the morning for pick up, I still have to wait like 5-10 minutes while they're getting it ready for me. I always go in to pick up my order at the counter, and twice it hasn't been ready. Other than the wait, the food is good, not great, and the prices are good. I appreciate the coupons in the app. There are very often BOGO deals in there and it helps keep the budget down."

"Get to the drive thru at 10:27am hit the mobile app that I'm here and they take my code ..I wait. Get told there not serving breakfast anymore and can't complete my order. Manager tells the girl only thing she can do is ring in the order again and the girl at the register says "she's not doing that that too much" if it's too just much for a person to do there job please quit and make way for someone willing to work."

"This little boy was very very disrespectful. I had asked for fresh food and apparently food had already been made, however the lady was talking over my food and I did not trust it so I asked for it to be remade. This boy told me to take my food and go, caused a whole commotion and flicked me off. This was very unnecessary and feel this should be handled by corporate. I also had my 6 year old with me and the little boy was being very disrespectful!"

"Never get junk food. Well the restroom was closed at the gas station so I stopped here. Cheapest I have ever paid for a big Mac! And it was good and bathrooms were clean. Still not sure about the kiosk ordering. And the amount of trash in the parking lot needs to be addressed."

"We went through the drive thru and my daughter got 20 piece nuggets. We got back to our hotel and my daughter took a bite of her nuggets and said they tasted horrible. So we drove back to McDonald's and told the guy at the counter what happened. He told the manager who proceeded to tell me she could remake the nuggets but could not refund. She also said she could take my name and offer me something on my next visit. I told her we lived out of state and would be leaving in the morning. She then continued to argue with me about how she couldn't refund the money (which I know is not true). I said that's fine I will just call corporate. Then she said she would give me a refund because I probably needed the money. I have never been treated so rude by a fast food manager in my life. No I didn't need the money, but I was not going to just pay for food that my daughter could not eat because they were so disgusting. I took the money that was we refunded and bought my daughter food that she actually enjoyed. If u go to this location, please stay clear of Judy because she is rude and down right rude."
