"I visited the Lawrence/Pendleton Pike location. The business was open at the time listed. I was greeted by store mgr Joshua. He was very friendly and personable. The owner was also there and he was also very nice. The main standout was the technician Lonzell. I went in to get front rotors replaced, and after looking at my vehicle, he suggested that I also get the back rotors and pads done as well. Now of course I was a little hesitant, because I know how some mechanics try to get over on women. Well, this wasn't the case. He actually explained to me, how my rotors and pads were bad. Not only that, he came back out and actually SHOWED me what MY pads looked like, compared to new pads. He explained how the indicator was worn down and how the "line" space in the middle of the pad, had disappeared. He said he likes to come out and show his customers this, just so they feel comfortable with what he is suggesting. So he made me feel at ease with the decision to move forward with getting both my front and back pads/rotors replaced. When he finished, he even asked me to go on a test drive with him, just so I can confirm that I was no longer experiencing the shaking in my wheel. So if something was still wrong, we could correct it right then. He was also very personable, and his customer service was exemplary! Thank you to the crew at this Midas. You have definitely gained a new customer."

"I will never return to this location. Blue Fin Inc dba Midas. I was emailed and they tried to convince me that I had indicated drop off in the online appointment system. Not the case. I didn’t mind waiting and shared that with them via email ahead of time. Arrived and it took 90 minutes for an oil change. Not all that absurd given they were swamped. But here’s why I’ll never return. I had a coupon. Shared it with the gentleman that I would like to “use the synthetic blend coupon.” He agreed that would be fine. 90 minutes later, a second man indicates my car was ready. I reminded him of the coupon and he shares that they used conventional oil, not synthetic. They didn’t ask me. It came to a $12 difference. Didn’t want to fight over a $12, so I paid and left. But I’ll never return because of this bait and switch. And now you all know as well."

"I had a wonderful experience! I went in on a Thursday late afternoon to drop my car off and spoke with Josh, he was excellent in his service. I heard from them the following day around noon to let me know the problem I initially went in for which was my brakes and a ball joint/ control arm. They let me know about that and then they also decided to go ahead and check everything else involving the suspension and brakes, etc. that was also a possible concern for future repairs. So they called me back and let me know about that and I was very pleased that they went above and beyond to let me know whatever issues I had with my vehicle. Which all in all they replaced my front brakes, washed my back brakes, replace the control arm ball joint, replaced my back shocks and my sway bar link kit. They had my car done within 7 hours. I was able to pick it up the following morning considering I was working. I would highly recommend coming here, they're reasonably priced. My car they worked on was a Chevy Sonic 2013. Thank you again for the staff for taking care of my car and it rides beautifully! Great job!"
