"This is my go to McDonald's for whenever I want one of their smoothies and a sandwich. The other Mcdoanlds in the area typically do a poor job at running the restraunt but this one is a lot better and I reccomend them."
"I went to McDonalds and ordered a Large Big Mac meal to go. I get home and pull my sandwich and french fries out. I took a bite of my Big Mac and there was so much Mac sauce and lettuce on it that when I took a bite of the sandwich Mac sauce and lettuce poured out of my sandwich and landed on my shirt and there was so much Mac sauce that it choked me real bad. Then the large fry was only half full. This was the worse meal I have ever got at McDonalds. I was extremely disappointed!"
"I ask for three(3) cheeseburgers and a large frie. Employee kept saying, what? He finally said, 'oh you want 3 cheeseburgers. I thought you wanted 'free' cheeseburgers. I asked for freshly made and he immediately filled my order. Two cheeseburgers were fairly fresh and the third one was so old that it had turned black on the outer edge. I'm not impressed!"
"We went through the drive through and first she messed up our order on the screen, she fixed it and everything was right.. we paid they asked if we wanted a receipt and we said no thanks… pull up to get our food and they give us half, then the other half and we asked for our coke. They said “you didn’t order a coke” when we absolutely did and it was on the screen. That wasn’t even the mistake she had made on the screen either so that wasn’t the problem. They then made a big ordeal about it and after doing that finally said “can you pull up please” since we didn’t have our receipt. Over a coke. I don’t understand the big deal or how hard is it to give the customers what they asked and paid for. We just drove off. Won’t be back."
"This is a message for Stephanie (who I was told to be the GM) and a warning to anyone who cares about how, when, and who they choose to spend their money with. I choose McDonald’s every blue moon because this very reason here… I made a purchase for scrambled eggs with cheese, a hash brown, and apple slices around the holidays so of course I was busy and on the go. Once at my destination I noticed that I was missing an item and it looked as if someone balled up my cheese and placed it next to the eggs ontop of not receiving a receipt, so I called. I was told by a male manager that staff would be notified and WHENEVER I had the chance to stop by to have it remade. It was Holliday season and it slipped my mind but I was told “whenever” no time period given and no worries about not having a receipt as I was not given one with my meal. Here we are today and I ask for a reorder and to check with a male manager who’s name I still do not know and a male manager came to the speaker trying to tell me about a group chat and not seeing my name or anything about an egg while speaking fast and slightly aggressive. I never gave my name so I felt as if he told lies to push me by instead of taking accountability for his staff. He mentioned that if it’s past two days I can’t receive anything period so I was confused as to why I was told whenever. So I would just like to let everyone know a fair warning to always receive a receipt at this location because if they make a mistake, they do not care to fix or correct the mistake. Instead, they will lie in your face, steal your money, and cause you irritation in the great risings… Stay blessed and away from this location if you do not like negative energy"
