"The lady that handed our food to us was very very rude. When we went up to order three the drive thru we asked for a coffee with the sugar and cream on the side. We pulled up to the second window and didn’t receive the sugar or cream so my husband politely asked for the sugar and cream. Once the lady gave it to him she said “ next time order the stuff you want up front and I need you to move” my husband replied. “Why are you giving me an attitude, I did order the sugar and cream on the side”. Then she said to basically move cuz she has more order and started yelling at us and my husband spoke to the manager and she did nothing about it. I’m sure this is not the first time she does that because she did not even stop to think about what she was saying. We understand that people have bad days specially in the food industry, but for her to be that bold to tell us to order up front and to move not even thinking about it twice it’s definitely not normal and shows that she has done that before."

"Got done a 14 hour drive and just wanted food for the night, ended up walking through the drive thru since it was late and the lobby was closed. Kid working at window 1 very nicely took our order. Manager was condescending and rude to us at window 2, scolding us for not being in a car; “first and last time, guys”. This was AFTER we had already paid. Food was average for McD’s, manager is rude and unprofessional."

"Friendly staff and helpful in ordering our food. Did not use the touch-screen order system. I would prefer to speak to a human. The food was ready in a timely manner. The place was clean and orderly. The restroom was clean."
