"I really enjoy the food but I really hate placing orders at this location. Take the time to go over to Madison Avenue, You wont regret it. IDK if the guy("Manager") there locks the doors and doesn't answer the phones because he is having a mental breakdown due to "short staff" or is doing drugs in the bathroom ignoring the fact that he is at WORK and has a job to do, but he always seems extremely off and super unorganized and is always screwing something up. I just don't get it and that's coming from someone who has worked at a Donatos and knows how things actually work. Take my advice and go somewhere else."

"Not good this place gonna need some time to either train or replace. Called me a liar over three cheese sauces. But lied to me about bringing them to me. No apology or accountability from driver who didnt check the order before leaving and lied about bringing the sauces back and no apology from the manager that said I never paid for the three sauces. Not worth writing a long review over just be warned about the sub par service you are gonna get. Few other points would be cold food, not enough sauce on pizza, cinna stix burned and no garlic flavor on the garlic cheese stix. Website miss leads you on pricing as it is either not present while ordering or in very fine small print. Shows what kind of service the company stands for. $6.99 menu at Dominos is the way to go always fast, always friendly, always hot and fresh and accountable for their mistakes."

"Worst experience ever. Will never go back. Placed carry out order at 615 pm on Friday 11/18. Was told pick up in 20 minutes. Arrived at 640 and front door was locked. Manager came to door and said drive thru only. Got in line 646. The line was wrapped completely around the building, approximately ten cars ahead of me. Waited AN HOUR in drive thru line to get a cold (the boxes were not even warm anymore) horribly burnt cheese pizza (I ordered pepperoni) - its not even edible, its burnt so bad (!!) and not even half filled cheese cups for my party order of breadsticks. I have been to this location so many times in the past and never had any issues. I want my money back! I will be calling corporate Monday. Calling the store leads to a callcenter. I will NEVER go back here and I will tell everyone I know not to waste their time (over and hour) and money ($38) either. Whoever the manager is at this location needs to be on a performance improvement plan because closing the lobby and making people wait in drive thru for an hour for TERRIBLE food is UNACCEPTABLE."
