"Last week I hit a pothole which flattened my tired and dented the rim of my car. Luckily I took it to Goodyear and they taken care of my car completely. Chad has been so patient, helpful and efficient at communication. He has been working with me during this tough time. Adam had been awesome by giving me knowledge of updates and advice about my vehicle. I truly appreciate the staff taking the time to help me make the right decision and holding my car for me. "Rattle coming from engine area. Son said it could be anything from a loose screw to an ac compressor. Took my Subaru to Goodyear. It was ... a bolt that came loose. Temp in the high 90s and they got it done and gave a smile and small bill."
"As a sixteen-year customer at whatever Goodyear store Andrew is working at I recently took my brother's 2014 Volkswagen Beetle to him after my brother was told his car couldn't be aligned due to "bad rims" at a local auto dealer. Andrew was able to balance all four tires and correct the cars alignment issue. As always Andrew came through for me!"
"We purchased 6 tires. The review is on the location and not the tires. The employees are nice but do not know what they are doing for dually pick up trucks. We do not know about other vehicles. They scratch our rim (which they did take care of with a refurbished rim). We left and a tire started leaking around the value stem. This location is in a city, so heavy traffic. Drop 40 mins to turn around and drive 40 more. Dually tires have been placed on that you cannot access the value to put air in the tires. So we will have to pull those off. They did not know how to access and remove the dually tires. My husband had to show them what to do. So they are very nice. The location is clean. This was just our experience with getting tires on a dually."
