"They need to upgrade their microphone at this location. I can’t believe how much I have to repeat myself. Maybe it’s my fault but I only have issues at this place. Also the lady here is kind of rude."

"If you have the only option of ordering inside as an order here touch screen tablet and clearly refuse to put a person in the position to greet me and take my order I'm just going to turn around and leave. That's exactly what I did. Clearly this is an issue with corporate America, only reason I stopped in was for convenience from the local coffee shop being unexpectedly closed. I'll drive a little further to the next local coffee shop."

"All I wanted was to just buy a chocolate milk bottle real quick. Would have taken 2 seconds...if anyone had ever acknowledged me... I waited for 10 minutes at the front counter for anyone to say anything to me and no one ever did. They looked me right in the eyes and just walked away. So eventually I did the same and walked out. I will never return. I have never been treated so disdainfully by people I wanted to give money to. I don't know what's wrong with this place and frankly I don't care because I'll never go back. It's someone else's problem now."

"Absolutely the worst, I ordered hash browns and there were only 5 and they were overcooked so bad that you couldn’t even bite into it. Instead of making fresh ones they literally gave me the last few they had that properly sat under the heat lamp since 5 am, it’s 8:45 am!"
