"This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. Every time I come I have to flag down a staff member to ask them to get my drink from the drive thru counter. It ALWAYS gets put there at this location instead of the mobile order pickup area."

"My Venti caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle is extremely hot. I went to take one sip and I had to spit it out on the floor of my car and my tongue is still hurting. It’s extremely extremely hot. I’m not sure what the barista was thinking because I never asked for extra hot. Is actually at a dangerous temperature. I added a photo of the tag of my coffee to prove that I did purchase it today and the time of the location at 8880 E. 96th St. in fishers, you cannot take a video and there’s no way for me to have a thermometer, but this coffee is extremely hot. I have never burned my tongue in any Starbucks and I just happen to go to my doctors who happens to be fishers, this barista needs to double check the temperature they have this coffee. It’s ridiculous."

"I was excited waiting for this location to open and I wasn’t disappointed. Went through the drive thru and the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. My apple crisp shaken espresso was perfect. Definitely my new go to location. Shout out to Michelle? (Apologies if I got the name wrong) In the drive thru on Friday 10-13 around 11:30am."

"No matter what I order at this Starbucks it always takes forever. I just got a Caramel Frapp and it took 15 minutes. Wouldn’t be too bad if they were actually busy...but only one person was actually working making drinks... They always are made right, so that’s a plus. I also hate that there’s no drive through I usually try to avoid this Starbucks unless I have to go to it... But hey, it’s still a good coffee fix"
