"I stopped in to simply get my tires rotated because of some ongoing issues of diagnosing a problem having a bumpy ride. Getting rim bends repaired, having balance and rotations at other locations, ridiculous suspension repair quotes from another Firestone...so I voiced my frustrations to Myk who took in all my info. He understood the issues and frustrations and took action. I left with a better set of tires than I came in with (which I think ultimately were the problem, they were barely used) and now I have a smoother ride.
