"I never give reviews but had to. Awful, I mean absolutely awful customer service. They give you one date then make you, the customer, pester them for the issue with your car. Then when you get the reason they up charge you a ridiculous amount. I understand people gotta make their money but make it reasonable. Also when you ask for the part needed so you can purchase it they give you a whole story about “they’re not allowed to”. My honest review without malice- never take your car here. There’s a store up the street Jose Auto who will get you in and out without any stress"
