"BED BUGS !! Please reconsider… I placed an order for an item from one location but the item was stored and located at the kendallville store. It was delivered to my home and after a hr of having the item I was feeling very itchy, come to find out it was BED BUGS. I took pictures of my bites and the ones on the item I got. They didn’t seem to believe me. The process to get this situated has been very difficult, lack of communication and dismissive attitude from both parties. It’s been at least 3 weeks now !"

"I went into the store to see how much a used stove would cost and they told me so then a gentleman that was right beside me said hey I want to buy that for him I want to pay for the whole thing for him I said he didn’t have to and he insisted that he wanted to so I said ok and then the store manager Steve said no I’m NOT going to allow that I’m not going to allow this man to pay for it for you even thou the gentleman said like 8 times that he wanted to and Steve would not let him they are not good business people at all."
