"Not every discount store is worth your time but this one is well done. The store is orderly, clean, and tidy (I was in another discount store recently that was pure chaos so don't take this for granted!) The staff are pleasant as they converse with each other while completing their tasks and are helpful if I need something (again, kind staff is not always a commodity in a discount store). Product variety is good quality and I appreciate being able to find household items for a good price here."

"The furniture at big lots is ok affordable stuff but definitely not the best. I understand that but what I can’t understand is the service and setup! Nobody wanted to help and my family. We came in went straight to furniture area and looked around for several minutes liked a few pieces and was very interested. No help was available so I went and found somebody. The came slowly lol and ultimately talked me out of buying anything. Now I’m left wondering what just happened!"
