"Had trouble using the app for a discount, employee (then manager) took care if the issue without any issues at all. Fantastic service. Hamburger patties were very dried out though on the burgers, which was disappointing."

"Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Food was ready, fresh and hot. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, one was spicy , one was not but no big deal, both were fresh and tasty. Wheelchair friendly and nice indoor dining are. I used the app to order ahead and that was easy and quick. I think you get much better food at Wendy's compared to other fast food burger places. Their fries are currently the best in my opinion."

"Very settle believe or not, quiet even for the spot it's in. Food has always been to my personal liking. Out of countless visits I've had maybe one employee who was on edge or stressed but was still prompt and kept composure. Overall a good fast food stop with fast service"

"I have been to many Wendy's restaurants, and despite the difference in services, I have never received a baconator sandwich that was cold to the touch. It was so cold that the cheese couldn't have melted onto the burger. I went back and asked for a manager, and I was stalled for at 5 to 10 minutes. No apologies for the issue at hand. If they serve cold hamburgers, what else are they doing. This is unacceptable, and if this shift manager will allow her staff to knowingly serve cold food that is promoted as hot, then she should be fired or, at the very least, be demoted and retrained. Will not return to this location."

"Arrived a little after 11 pm, didn’t leave the drive thru until almost 11:40. We were the second car in line. The guys working were nice but the food was unsatisfactory and we figured it was too late to try to get anything fixed. My fries were so soggy and barely warm, and my nuggets were also barely warm. My husband asked for chicken sandwiches with mayo and cheese only but was given sandwiches with mayo only. All the food was just thrown into the bag so there were nuggets and fries and our straws all in the bottom of the bag…"
