"January 20th 7:07pm at Villa Point location the employees here tonight are not doing thier job hardly at all. I was looked through when one guy walked right past me at least 2 times. Other than those below listed everyone was below standard work. Sitting in the lobby for 45 mins is ridiculous. As I sit here now there is a couple still waiting on their cups. And two families who have been waiting for food for a good while. I get it sometimes it's stressful-however it is not that busy. Counter manners need to be taught ASAP. The drive thru guy in a black puffy coat keep going buddy you're doing great!! The girl in a green hoodie who wasn't on the schedule needs a raise!!!"

"Update: if youre looking to place a doordash order from here i wouldnt, gave them a second chance and they deliberately kept skipping over all doordash orders, 30 min wasted because the manager was just as incompetent as the inexperienced staff. Went to pick up a delivery this evening and it took then 30 min (after it said it woukd be ready in 5)min to get that order! The staff was extremely slow. When I asked why it was taking so long they said sorry sarcastically and walked away."

"Had a mobile order and ordered 2 of the new shredded beef tacos and other tacos. Girl at the speaker was very unfriendly and also at the window the girl was very rude. When I received my food my sauce for the tacos were completely dumped out all over the bag and all over all of my food, was extremely hot and burned my fingers while trying to clean the mess so it didn't leak onto my cars seats. Will not be coming back to this location"

"7-19-2023. Place a mobile order. Two items were cheese quesadillas. I meant to make them without sauce (child is a picky eater). I told them at the window that I needed those without sauce. The guy at the window hollered it back to the preparers. I couldn't make out what they were saying but he said "I can't do that" and then I watched them put the quesadillas in the warmer. My guess is they were already prepared and they just sent it as is. Sure enough, I get home and there is sauce on the quesadillas. Kid won't eat them."

"Went here on a Saturday night around 4 in the evening after doing a little Christmas shopping ordered thru the kiosk didn't think it would take to long to get our order since there was only 2 other people in the restaurant that was ordering at the time and 2 maybe 3 cars in the drive thru boy was we ever wrong took almost 20 mins to get our food and drinks the music was a little loud for our likings but what really upset us the most was the elderly couple that was sitting about 2 tables from us that was having trouble hearing each other not to mention we could hear the employees in the back of the store hollering at the employees at the front of the store couldn't really understand what they was talking about but non the less turn down the music and maybe then you wouldn't have to holler back and forth to each other the food was good but seemed a little cold to have waited for almost 20 mins for our order but it is Taco Bell"
